CSIS is moving towards a digital first approach to customer communications wherever possible.
Communicating by email enables us to provide a faster, more efficient service, while reducing paper and postage costs. As a not-for-profit organisation, this also helps us direct further available surplus to the Civil and Public Service Charities via the CSIS Charity Fund.
