At CSIS, we aim to be the insurance provider of choice for Civil and Public Servants by offering a range of quality products at competitive prices with a first class service they can trust.

As a not for profit organisation, we donate any available surplus to the CSIS Charity Fund which works with partner organisations to help civil and public servants and their families get through tough periods in life. They also support the spouses of deceased policyholders of the Civil Service Insurance Society (CSIS) who may be facing hardship, and they’ve been doing that for more than 100 years.

We already have some incredible partnerships with a number of organisations and we are eager to expand on these by forming new connections.

Case Study: CSPA Over 50's Annual Travel Scheme

Designed with CSPA Members in mind, this annual travel insurance plan offers either a European or Worldwide option, with any single trip lasting up to 65 days (45 for Caribbean, USA or Canada if Worldwide cover selected). It is available to all members of the CSPA aged between 50 and 79 and their families.

We worked with Travel Insurance specialists P J Hayman to develop this scheme for the CSPA.  Some of the key features of this Travel Insurance scheme that make it such a great product for CSPA are:

• Full European or Worldwide Cover options
• Any single trip can last for up to 65 days (45 for Caribbean, USA or Canada)
• Cruise Cover comes as standard
• Pre-existing medical conditions are covered as long as members are physically fit to travel
• Once members are on the scheme the upper age limit no longer applies
