Financial Difficulty

If you’re struggling with finances, please know that help is available. Here are some trusted, not-for-profit organisations that can assist you:

  • Money Helper – For free, unbiased financial advice and tools, visit Money Helper online or call 0800 138 7777.
  • Citizens Advice – Offering advice on debt and other financial matters, visit your local Citizens Advice or go to their website.
  • National Debtline – If you’re in England, Wales or Scotland call 0808 808 4000 or visit National Debtline website for free debt advice.
  • Samaritans – While they don’t provide debt advice, Samaritans offers free, confidential support for anyone struggling with their wellbeing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can call 116 123 or email jo(at)samaritans.org.

Bereavement Support - Home & Car Insurance

Losing a loved one is incredibly difficult, and we aim to make the process of dealing with their insurance matters as smooth as possible during this challenging time. You can either update us online using the form below or alternatively, you can call our customer service team on 01622 766960 - Option 3 and we will assist you with the process. While we strive to make everything as straightforward as possible, there may be occasions when we’ll need supporting documents. Rest assured we are here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Hearing or Speech Impairment

If you are unable to call us directly, you can contact us via the Relay UK app at www.relayuk.bt.com. Or use a textphone, by dialling 18001 followed by our phone number:

  • The Relay UK service is free.  
  • Your calls are charged at your phone provider’s standard rate.

Suspected Fraud

If you believe you’ve been a victim of fraud, please contact Action Fraud, the national fraud reporting service. You can reach them on 0300 123 2040 or visit www.actionfraud.police.uk.

They will pass your report to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau for investigation. The Action Fraud website also offers useful information to support victims of fraud, as well as tips to help keep you safe from fraud.

Document Format Requests

If you need communications from us in a different format, such as larger print or audio, please let us know. We will work with our insurers to accommodate your needs. Contact our team on 01622 766960 (Option 3) and we will ensure to get the support you need.
