CSIS is following government advice very carefully on COVID 19 and our employees are now working from home.

Whilst we still hope to provide excellent service levels, it is likely that some call waiting times and quote turn-around times may be impacted as our priority is to ensure we maintain the best possible service levels for existing policyholders.

Therefore, until further notice, we have taken the decision to amend our opening hours to 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
We are also adapting our documentation to an electronic delivery format whenever possible. This is a new "greener" way of CSIS communicating with you and we feel that the move to emailing documents will improve our service level to customers given the current circumstances
