Information about our claims management service

The time of a claim is when you need us the most, and we want to do all we can to ensure that you get the best service possible. After all, that's exactly what you pay your premium for.

Our claims management service (in partnership with Lemonaid Motor Legal) provides a single point of contact for our customers when making a claim ensuring the process is as simple as possible.

Our claims contact centre is in operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
