Support a Greener Future - Switch to Digital

At CSIS, we believe in creating a positive impact on both our planet and the communities we serve.  That's why we are inviting you to help us reduce paper waste, lower carbon emissions, and increase our charity donations by switching from postal mail to email communication.  It's a small change with a big impact!  Here's how together we can make a difference: 
 

• Increase Charity Donations: We are not-for-profit and donate any available surplus to the Civil and Public Service Charities via the CSIS Charity Fund, so every pound saved on postage and printing costs allows us to increase our charitable contributions.  In 2024, we spent nearly £30,000 on postage alone.  By reducing these costs we can increase our charity giving, and support valuable causes to help those in need.  To see a little bit about our charity giving in 2024, please click here.  
• Faster, More Convenient Service: Get updates and important information instantly, without waiting for postal delivery.  No more delays, just quicker, more efficient communications! 
• Environmental Benefits: By receiving your documents digitally, you'll help reduce paper waste, conserve forests, and lower carbon emissions.  With fewer letters and documents being posted, we can save thousands of sheets of paper every year, and contribute to forest conservation efforts.   

• Keep Your Records Neat and Tidy: No more piles of paperwork to sort through, or cluttering up your kitchen drawer!  Your documents will be neatly organised and easily accessible in your inbox.   

• Access Anywhere, Anytime: Stay connected wherever you are, whether at home, at work, or on the go.    
   

Switching is quick and easy! 

All we need is a quick reply to this email at admin(at)csis.co.uk with 'email' and we will update your current preference from postal communication, to email.  If you would prefer your documents to be sent to a different email address, please include this within the reply and we can update your records accordingly.
