At the Charity Fund, they’re gearing up for the main purpose of their year - making grants to charities which support civil and public servants and their dependents. They've invited twenty-one charities to bid for funds this year. Their trustees each have ‘lead roles’ for some of the charities, and keep in touch with them to understand the challenges they’re currently facing. Once all the bids are in, the difficult, but ultimately very rewarding, process of allocating funds begins.
We look forward to sharing updates with you over the year as to how the funds are allocated and how these will benefit the charities that they are able to support.
